HARO is committed to serve for people who are in the most needy for humanitarian relief. We have being told that the people of Balad Haawo Area (See the Map at the Bottom, the Yellow Icon) were is dire need for water. This area was so dry that even the animals such as donkeys and cattle died for thirsty, so the people didn't have any means to obtain any kind of water. Their only chance was for them to get a water truck but the problem was how to get it because the water trucks were supposed to be rented. HARO has put together several men and send them some money and told them to get water for those people. Finally the result was great success, the people of that area had got enough water to drink and cook with. But still you can imagine the suffering after that water ends.
